Caws teifi
Caws Teifi Cheese has been making artisan cheese at Glynhynod Farm in Ceredigion since 1982. Founded by the family who still runs the business today, we combine traditional cheesemaking skills with carefully sourced milk to produce distinctive cheeses full of flavour and character.
Our range includes Gouda-style Teifi, Traditional Welsh Caerphilly, washed-rind cheeses, organic Halloumi, Gwennol sheep’s milk cheese and cultured butter. We work closely with local family farms, sharing a commitment to milk quality and lower environmental impact.
At every stage, we put people before automation, the environment before short-term profit, and diversity over homogeneity across our whole business.
Craft Festival Wales
Craft Festival Wales was founded in 2024 and is the latest award-winning event by Craft Festival, headed by Cardigan born, Sarah James MBE.
Set within one of Wales’s most iconic heritage locations at Cardigan Castle, Craft Festival Wales Festival showcases over 100 exceptional makers, selected for the quality and originality of their work. Discover sustainably handmade textiles, ceramics, glass, wood, metal, jewellery and more, rooted in skill, tradition and innovation.
Alongside the makers, enjoy Capital of Craft talks, demonstrations, live music, exhibitions, new commissions, street theatre, delicious street food and free children’s activities created in partnership with local cultural organisations and satellite events across the town.
